In Pieces has a working partnership with In Minds Training, who are a leading training and education provider in the mental health space. By partnering with In Minds Training, our aim is to empower individuals, workplaces and communities across the country with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to advance our mission of promoting the power of connectedness in mental health management.
The Self Care & Self Awareness workshop is a proactive session designed to improve well-being. The session will help individuals create self awareness and identify strategies and supports they can implement to manage stress and build resilience, fostering a healthier and more balanced approach to challenges in both personal and professional life.

PARTICIPATION NUMBERS: MAX 50 PPL
INVESTMENT: $999 + GST PER SESSION, OR TWO IN THE SAME DAY FOR $1500 + GST FOR LARGER WORKFORCES

This workshop can be extended by 15-30 minutes to include practical breath work and mindfulness activities, allowing participants to actively engage in techniques that promote relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity.
