The In Pieces – Melbourne Edition Tattoo Activation (herein referred to as the Activation) is an initiative of In Pieces Together Ltd (ABN 98 682 223 516) to raise funds to support mental health initiatives in Australia.

  1. Activation sales commence o14th November 2023 at 9am (AEST).
  2. All proceeds of the Activation will be directed to In Pieces Together Ltd (ABN 98 682 223 516).
  3. You must have purchased a tattoo via https://inpiecestogether.com/melbourne/ to be a Participant in this Activation. 
  4. Participants in the Activation must be over 18 years of age.
  5. Participants in the Activation must complete their contact details at the point of sale, including a first and last name, a telephone number, postal address and an email address at a minimum. 
  6. Participant contact details will be used to set up individual fundraising profiles with fundraising platform provider Raisely. Correspondence on how to utilise this platform will be emailed directly to the participant after the tattoo purchase. When using the fundraising page you agree to comply with Raisley’s Website Terms and Conditions (https://www.raisely.com/terms).
  7. In Pieces Together Ltd is a Non-profit organisation without DGR status. Any funds raised through the Activation are not tax deductible. All funds raised will be used to directly sponsor free Mental Health workshops through In Minds Training.
  8. Tattooing for the Activation will take place between Monday 2nd December 2024 and Friday 20th December 2024. You must book your tattoo during this time frame via our website https://inpiecestogether.com/bookings/ after the purchase of your piece. 
  9. There are only two (2) size variants available for the tattoo. There is no cost variant between the sizes, the tattoo price remains the same regardless of the size chosen by the Participant.  
  10. Tattoo sales are non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy below. 
  11. By purchasing a tattoo you will allow In Pieces Together Ltd to contact you about news, events and general information in relation to the organisation. You may unsubscribe from the In Pieces mailing list at any time.
  12. Participants acknowledge that their image, name, fundraising page and result may be used in any promotion relating to this Activation, including on the In PIeces website and social media accounts without payment or compensation. In Pieces Together Ltd will endeavour to remove any photographs or video of Participants or their personal information as soon as reasonably possible upon written request from them. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy below. 
  13. Participants agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions stipulated by Chapel Tattoo
  14. Purchase of a tattoo is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  15. You acknowledge that In Pieces Together Ltd reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Activation at any time. Any amendment will be effective immediately. Accordingly, you should access and read the Terms and Conditions available on our website (https://inpiecestogether.com/) from time to time.

PRIVACY POLICY:

  1. In Pieces Together Ltd respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information it collects.
  2. In Pieces Together Ltd will collect your personal information and any other information you may volunteer so that it can administer the Activation.
  3. More information about the management of personal information, including storage and use, access and correction, and removal is included in our Privacy Policy which can be found at https://inpiecestogether.com/privacypolicy

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  1. Tattoo sales are transferable, but non-refundable. If you can no longer receive your tattoo, you may nominate someone to transfer it to or request we transfer it for you. If you would like to transfer your tattoo to another person please contact us via bookings@inpiecestogether.com 
  2. If you cannot make your appointment or need to reschedule Chapel Tattoo require a minimum notice period of 48 hours before the time of your appointment. They will try their best to reschedule the appointment to the next available time slot. 
  3. Cancellations are not accepted over facebook or instagram. If you are no longer able to attend your appointment please reach out via email to bookings@inpiecestogether.com, by phone on 0437 250 560 or (03) 9521 1202 or in person at 155 Chapel Street, Windsor, VIC 3181

If you do not show up for your appointment, you lose your piece and it will be placed back on sale, effective immediately after your scheduled appointment time. Your payment will not be refunded.
